Refund & Return Policy

We specialize in aftermarket replacement decal kits for heavy machinery. All products are printed and prepared per order to match specific machine models. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair return policy outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for defective products.

A return may be approved within 30 days of delivery if one of the following applies:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received an incorrect item due to our error

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our decal kits are custom aftermarket products printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect model or machine selected by the customer

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Customer error or change of mind

  • Products damaged due to improper or incorrect installation

  • Products that have been applied, partially used, or peeled

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Customers are responsible for confirming brand, model, and compatibility before placing an order.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return authorization, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Description of the issue

Return requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • If the issue is caused by a defective or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover replacement or return shipping costs


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Was incorrect due to our error

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package appears missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Contact us for assistance

Ton Power Decals is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before printing or shipping.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
