We specialize in aftermarket replacement decal kits for heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned:

• unused,
• uninstalled,
• undamaged,
• in original condition,
• and in the original packaging.

The returned package must arrive in safe and proper condition. Products that are damaged, used, altered, installed, folded incorrectly, missing parts, or returned in poor condition may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Return Approval Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be returned in complete and resellable condition
• The package must include proof of purchase or order number
• The item must not show signs of installation, use, peeling, or modification

TON POWER LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange.

3. Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for approved returns within the United States.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For international returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or taxes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval of the refund.

If the returned product is received in proper condition and meets all return requirements:

• a full refund will be issued to the original payment method,
• including the full product amount paid.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 3–7 business days after approval.

TON POWER LLC reserves the right to issue partial refunds if returned items arrive damaged, incomplete, used, or not in their original condition.

5. Exchanges & Replacement Options

Instead of receiving a refund, customers may choose to exchange their return for another decal kit or product available on our website.

If the customer selects a replacement product:

• the price difference will be calculated,
• and either an additional payment or partial store credit/refund may apply depending on the value of the replacement item.

Replacement orders will only be processed after the returned package has been received and inspected.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

The following items may not qualify for a refund or full refund:

• products returned damaged due to poor packaging by the customer,
• used or installed decal kits,
• altered or modified products,
• incomplete returns,
• products missing original packaging,
• returns submitted after 30 days of delivery,
• or returns sent without prior authorization.

7. How to Request a Return

• Description of the issue or return request

Return requests are typically reviewed within 24 business hours.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears missing:

• check with neighbors or building management,
• contact the shipping carrier,
• and contact us for assistance.

TON POWER LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production has started.

Customers requesting cancellations should contact us immediately after placing the order.

10. Right to Refuse Returns

TON POWER LLC reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this Policy.

Fraudulent claims, abusive return behavior, excessive disputes, or attempts to misuse the return system may result in refusal of service and restriction of future purchases.
